Here is a wonderful thank you letter from Mrs. CarLynn Negele
as an example of the quality you can expect from Jostens.
Mr. Tony Ennis Jostens France Place 3601 Minnesota Drive, Suite 400 Minneapolis, Minnesota 55435 August 11, 2008 Dear Mr. Ennis: It is my pleasure to write to you and express my satisfaction with and appreciation of Annette Frank for all her help in the process of acquiring two World Explorer rings for our anniversary. Initially I spoke with Patrick, who was very helpful, and who then referred me to Annette. He also mentioned that Annette was very nice to work with. Annette was very patient in addressing all my questions and concerns, and suggested the three month payment plan, thus enabling me to purchase a ring for myself, as well as my husband, in time for our anniversary. When it looked as if I would not receive my husbands ring in time, Annette went right to work as soon as I contacted her and then had his ring sent by overnight delivery. We had a wonderful celebration and my husband was completely surprised. We both love our rings and plan to wear them on all our trips as well as other occasions. I will also be showing them to our travel agent and sharing with her our ordering experience. We are thrilled to have these rings to commemorate our having traveled to all seven continents and I think you are very fortunate to have Annette Frank representing Jostens. She takes a personal interest in her customers and engenders confidence in your company. With people such as Annette working for you, I am sure you will continue to have a successful business for many years to come. Best regards,
CarLynn Negele |

ANSWER TO THE
WORLD EXPLORER TRAVEL LOG ENTRY
South Africa '08
QUESTION...
Where on our Southern Africa odyssey did this occur?
Janesville, Wisconsin
Rock River
My home town. We had no idea that my family and home town neighbors had been suffering through this flood event. It had all started just after we began our voyage to Southern Africa. We had no news till returning to Washington DC calling ahead letting my mother know we made it back to the US. We would arrive home within hours, after flying on to Chicago then busing it two more hours up to Janesville.
By the way, all our preparations for insects, malaria, bad water, etc. were never needed in Africa!
